Who We Are

We place trainees in national virtual teams with peers from around all over India: 5 people per team, each in different states, matched by age.

They solve real-life problems presented by real-life culture. In the process, they learn about other states and cultures, learn how to collaborate online, work as a team, and solve cultural and educational challenges.

Z-Culture uses free platforms like WhatsApp Group, Telegram group, Facebook Groups, Google Docs, Dropbox, numerous video conferencing options, and new tools added every few months – all free, all easy to use –this makes Z- Culture applicants interact easily with their fellow teammates and, mentors.

What We Do

Students work in national teams with peers from other states.

Z-Culture was launched by Mr. Zahir Alam. As he was planning to provide a new platform where students from all over India can collaborate at a virtual platform and can gain knowledge together, with the guidance of their Teacher. In the process of experiencing the challenges and learning best practices of national collaboration at first hand.

To find out new colleague across the nation, he invited the leading institutes and professors for joining the Z-Culture Community and in response, he received dozens of applicants willing to take part in the project that Z-Culture provide.

Mainly our participants are from 9^th ,10^th ,11^th , 12^th , UG, and PG from all over India. However, the project is also open for non-student professionals who seek to learn new skills, expand their professional network, and improve their resumes.

Currently, we have been receiving numerous inquiries from non-student who also want to participate in Z-Culture and want an opportunity to gain new knowledge and improve their interpersonal skills.

The students usually represent their institute while being supervised by their teachers and mentors. The institutes which show the best results receive “Z- Culture best Institute Trophies.”

Z-Culture Connection is dedicated to providing community-led programs, events, and projects to foster awareness and understanding of cultures and the humanities in order to create a more informed, compassionate, interconnected community and Culture.

VISION

To create a more compassionate and interconnected community, a culture in which all members are respected and valued, through programs that facilitate reflection, critical analysis, and appreciation of different cultures and the humanities, and are accessible to all.

Our Goals

• Provide opportunities, resources, for independent students, scholars, educators, creators, and researchers, particularly in the humanities, to continue the important work they do outside of traditional systems, such as institutions of higher education, as opportunities at these institutions diminish.
• Improve knowledge and understanding of cultural differences, particularly the role of students’ own cultural influences and assumptions.
• Develop national perspectives and become Indian citizens by developing insights into national trends, issues, and responsibilities.
• Develop strategies for accommodating cultural differences to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes.

Z-Culture Scholarship

Certificates are as follows:-

• The student who has been selected as Z-Culture Super 30 will receive a scholarship of ₹ 10,000 only and will get an opportunity to interact on an International level for maintaining high performance throughout the project.
• The scholarship recipient will be selected based on the performance during the Z-Culture project. Indicators such as theory test results, peer evaluations, quality of the project reports, participation in the webinars, leadership, and engagement will be taken into account while selecting the Z-Culture scholarship recipient.
