Zahir Alam is the founder and coordinator of the Z-Culture Project which he launched in a few years ago. He received his MBA in Marketing Management from the Pune University, Pune Maharashtra and his Management Development Program from the IIM Indore, and armed with an International Certification in training from UNCG, USA, Started his career at 22 years of age. His research revolves around cross-cultural and national virtual teams and experiential approaches to national culture education. His research team is particularly interested in the potential of large and diverse crowds of amateurs in solving complex cultural problems. He has lived, worked, and studied in half a dozen states and has experience as a manager, businessman, and business consultant.
A visionary student culture who embarked on a student career development mission using education as the strategic medium to eradicate poverty and alienation from the surface of the earth, a goal envisaged by the national culture as Sustainable Development Goals.
He has already started working to establish branches of Z-culture in different states of India. His hobby is spreading peace and happiness.
